Netball 4 All Uk Ltd is committed to ensuring your data, and privacy, remain protected. Since we may update this policy occasionally, you are encouraged to check this website page at regular intervals to make sure you are happy with any changes made. What do we collect?
We retain your data, in the form of a name, email address, phone number, date of birth, medical conditions, and mailing address for the purposes of:
Name – we will ask for your name when you fill in our online enquiry form or when you book a camp with us, we use your name for the purposes of identifying your enquiry/booking.
Email – we will from time to time email you with newsletters, events and promotions run by Netball 4 All Uk. You will only receive these communications if you opted in to be part of our email mailing list and you can opt out at anytime using a link in the emails. 
Phone number – we will ask for your phone number when you fill in our online enquiry form or when you book a camp with us. We do not contact you via SMS with promotions following this.
Date of birth – we ask for your DOB to ensure you attend a suitable level of coaching session / camp for your age.
Medical Conditions – it is incredibly important we know about any existing medical conditions and any changes to your health during your time with Netball 4 All Uk. This can ensure we give you the best care and coaching possible.
Mailing Address – we ask for your address when completing online payment and direct debit transactions.
Payment – all payments are handled through approved third party providers (Paypal for card transactions and Go Cordless for Direct Debit transactions.)

What we do with any data we have collected?
We keep this information in order to stay in contact with you, to keep you up to date with any news, and to understand your needs. Our objective in doing so is to provide a greater service to you. We will treat all of your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation in place. When you use this Website and complete a booking form, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information as listed above. We, Netball 4 All Uk, is the data controller and we use your information to process and confirm your booking with us. From time to time we might have to contact you about your booking. In the first instance, you will be contacted via email provided and following no response from this, we will contact you via telephone with the number provided during the booking process.
We confirm that any personal information which you provide to us (or which is available on public registers) and any user information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissions Office We use your information only for the following purposes:

Process and confirm your booking
For statistical or survey purposes to improve this Website and its services to you;
To serve website content and advertisements to you;
To administer this website;
To contact you about leaving a review;

To communicate information about coaching sessions, camps and other events;
If you consent, we will also notify you of special offers that may be of interest to you.
You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone and e-mail and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information, we are entitled to do so. You will not hear from us if you did not opt in to receiving email communications. Netball 4 All Uk does not currently send out any addressed direct mail and we do not collect address information. We maintain the right to send out targeted door drop campaigns and direct mail campaigns in the future. When entering any of our contests or prize draws, you may be asked to provide your name and email address. If you win, we will contact you regarding the prize by email or social media. When you enter a contest or prize draw, you are not automatically included in our newsletter, if you have opted in to hear from us via email you will receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Website.
