1-2-1 Sessions

Netball is a team sport however individuals will see consistent & substantial development when exposed to quality 1-2-1 coaching.

Netball 4 All’s 1-2-1 and small group sessions are suitable for anyone wanting to develop certain aspects of their game. All sessions are tailored to suit the needs of the individual and we will support them in refining their positional ability.

Our 1-2-1 sessions are a great opportunity to work closely with our Performance experienced Head Coach Vicky

Where do 1-2-1s take place?

An initial chat will be arranged before the first session to discuss the individuals needs and to arrange a location, time and dates. We are flexible in terms of how ofter players would like their sessions. 

Who are these sessions suitable for?

Anyone who wants to improve in their netball. We currently work with children from 7 years right through to adults. We are happy to cater for all abilities.

What will the sessions cover?

Sessions differ to suit each individual and will be dependant of their age, ability, position and aspirations. Generally sessions will cover:

  • Ball skills 
  • Movement skills 
  • Positional specific technical skills 
  • Strength & conditioning (age dependant)

How much do sessions cost?

Costs start at £50 a session.

15% discount for a block booking of 6 sessions. 

These sessions are specifically focused meaning you will have maximum opportunity to personally develop. Your basic skill levels will improve whilst you also learn essential things you need to do on and off the court to be a better player.
